Battery regulation
Note according to the battery ordinance for the disposal of old batteries and rechargeable batteries
Many devices come with batteries that are used, for example, to operate remote controls. Batteries or accumulators can also be built into the devices themselves. In connection with the sale of these batteries or accumulators, we, as a dealer, are obliged under the Battery Ordinance to inform our customers of the following:
As a consumer, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. You can hand in your old batteries at your community's public collection points or wherever batteries of the type in question are sold. You can send your batteries back in the shipment free of charge. If you would like to make use of the latter option, please send your old batteries with sufficient postage to our address.

Batteries or rechargeable batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out garbage can.

Below the garbage can symbol is the chemical name of the pollutant - for example "Cd" for cadmium, "Pb" for lead, "Hg" for mercury.
